Don Bosco Shelter Home (Ashalayam)

BOSCO Delhi, through Don Bosco Ashalayam (DBA) at Palam Village, reaches out to Young at Risk (YAR) children between 6 to 18 years of age, those who are Street children, Orphan, Homeless, Abandoned, Unaccompanied, Neglected, Missing or Run Away, Lost and Found, Children found Begging, Trafficking Children, Child Laborers, Marginalized Youth etc. from different states in the Delhi Province.

The goal of this center is, to carry out the vision of St. John Bosco, to save each YAR soul, providing Shelter - to have a place to stay, Help - so that they can survive without any difficulties and Hope - that will help them to gain self-respect and self-confidence thus becoming responsible and useful members of the society. Presently we have 120 children staying in Don Bosco Ashalayam perusing their education in various schools.
