With 80 institutions under its banner, Don Bosco Tech India (DBTI) is undoubtedly the largest NGO imparting Technical and Vocational Education in the country. Bosco executes this National project with a national office in its head office.

In the last 100 years, these institutions inspired by the ideals of Don Bosco, the educator and friend of youth, have been providing quality training to the youth, with special focus on the disadvantaged and at-risk groups. A distinguishing feature of the institutions under DBTI is the undiluted devotion to value based education. Also called education for Life, it stresses on a training to form the whole person – head, heart and hand. In these institutions, young boys and girls are trained to harness their skills and talents, to become honest and productive citizens of the country. DBTI has its Regional Headquarters in New Delhi, Guwahati, Dimapur, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Trichy, Banglore, Panjim and Mumbai.
