BONN Child Sponsorship – Jokbahla, Chhattisgarh

BOSCO Delhi through different sponsorship programs is helping many individuals and groups of children to have a better career so that they will be a good citizen of the society. The quality of life depends on the quality of education that one should get. One of the main focus of Delhi province is to empower these children through sponsorship service especially with educational facilities at Chotanagpur areas, which is completely a tribal belt falling in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh states. 

BONN Child Sponsorship is helping around 186 children from Prathmikshala Goriya and Sahayika School, Jokbahla in Chhattisgarh State. The goal of this project is to support the children for education financially. These children have dropped out from school and are not able to continue their education due to financial problems in their families. This project takes care of the complete financial need of a child for their education from the beginning till completion of their studies. They support a child’s family especially for medical and psychological care, food and clothing, if necessary housing facilities are also provided.  They also promote their environment by supporting the institutions where the children are going for study. The institution is supported by contributing to the cost of the staffs, regular provision towards equipment and infrastructure.
