Himalaya touches BOSCO Delhi - Ashalayam

BOSCO Delhi invites many individuals, groups, institutions, and organisations to join hands by volunteering with us in our mission of working for YaR Children. External agencies help and support these children to have a quality of life, and through their presence make the children feel that they are cared for. This service provides opportunities to bring about positive change in the lives of several disadvantaged children. They interact with these children and get to understand their daily life challenges and struggles they have been living with.

Himalaya provides service to our children by providing formal education classes for the children, session on health and hygiene, playing recreational and fun games with the children, also introducing them to different activities. All this helps them to become aware and imbibe some good habits among the children, such as cleanliness, hygiene and basic manners. They also distribute some educational stationeries like school bags, water bottles, lunch boxes, registers and even refreshment at times.
