Children's Day at BOSCO

More than 600 children across 9 centres celebrated Children’s Day with great zeal and enthusiasm at BOSCO on 14^th November 2018. Every year the children of these different clubs and nationalities wait in anticipation for this fun filled day. Across different locations, the children witnessed a sense of fun, happiness and love showering all around as various types of activities took place like, drawing and colour competition, watching movies, poem competition, session on child rights, distribution of gifts & refreshments. While some centres saw children participating with utmost enthusiasm in games and competitions, on the other hand some centres had awareness sessions in forms of activities taking place where the children were inculcated with the “Good touch, Bad touch” concept. They were told about the importance of “Children’s Day” and helped increase awareness of their rights, care and education as children. The staff brilliantly conducted this day and facilitated activities, games and outings for these children, gave gifts and treats to them so that this day could be a special and memorable one for the children. To see those wide bright smiles on those precious faces all throughout was something that was worth everything for Team BOSCO.
