Cultural Diversity Programme on the theme Peaceful Co-existence organized by Team BOSCO (Bhogal Centre)

BOSCO Bhogal centre organized Cultural Diversity Programme on the theme Peaceful Co-existence with great enthusiasm and determination which was attended by many local Indians- Government school principals, teachers, staffs from DCPO, Child Line, Human Welfare Foundation, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, CRRI, WWF-India, Police officers, Professor from Ambedkar University, Research scholars from Jamia Milia Islamia University, RWA members, SLIC staff, landlords and property dealers of Bhogal. The objective of the programme was to share about the culture and tradition of Afghanistan by promoting co-existence of diverse cultures within our society. The main highlight of the programme was 6 Afghan stalls of dry fruits, jewellery, carpets, silk materials, shawls and food which were put on sale. Paintings and Woodburning artwork by Mr. Mohammad Akbar Farhad from Afghanistan was also exhibited for the guests. The programme received a great response and positive feedback.
